On a new phone signed in to the same Apple Account, Hold finds the full version by itself. If it doesn’t, tap Full version in Settings, then Restore Purchases.

Hold has no account and no copy in the cloud. An iPhone backup takes your sessions to a new phone, and so does setting up the new phone from your old one. Deleting Hold deletes them.
